That’s why we are proud to be a member of Shelter and Legal & General’s Brokering Change scheme.

From every mortgage procuration fee we receive, we make a donation to Shelter, the housing and homelessness charity, to help people who are struggling to meet their housing costs.

More than one million people a year go to Shelter for housing advice and support via its websites, helpline and national network of services.
